RAETTS air bearing blower is able to operate high power(25HP~400HP), high efficiency(95~97%), high speed(20kRPM~ 100kRPM) by using PM (Permanent magnet ) synchronous Motor.
Because air suspension bearing is self-suspension by high-speed rotation, it has simple structure and does not need matching oil injection device. In addition, the rotary shaft is directly connected with the impeller to form an air bearing without lubricating oil.
The impeller is made of aluminium alloy material, which is processed by 5 axes with high compression efficiency and accuracy. The impeller shape is designed according to stress analysis and three-dimensional flow analysis at different rotational speeds.
Using professional manufacturer's frequency converter, it has strong stability and reliability, and can effectively cope with sharp load changes. Ultra-high frequency variable frequency performance makes it possible to rotate at high speed, thus controlling the flow rate and outlet pressure by adjusting the impeller speed.
